Throughout the winter the Thollon-les-Mémises ESF provide adapted instruction for all ages and levels.
Combine the pleasure of improving with the friendliness of group lessons, all guided by an instructor.
For children aged 4 to 5 years old.
The Jardin des Neiges (located at 100m from the top of the cable car) is designed especially so your child can learn to ski in full safety and all the while having lots of fun.
Children who are registered for ski lessons at the Jardin des Neiges benefit from a special price for the Thollon ski domain (6 days: €48).
Take your very first lessons or improve your technique in the company of mountain professionals.
From beginners to perfecting your technique, these lessons are during the school holidays, from 8-years-old.
The medal is included in the group lesson price.
To improve or try any type of snow sport (alpine skiing, snowboarding, freeride, freestyle, etc.). An instructor, individual advisor, will adapt their instruction to produce fast improvement and a customised service.
Learn the proper technique at your personal pace or discover the ski domain in a friendly atmosphere, you can hire a mountain professional for a full- or half-day.
The ESF instructors also offer off-piste skiing, ski touring, handiskiing and taxiskiing as individual lessons or private lessons.
The ESF offer Tandem Skiing. A 2-hour session for one person with equipment provided: €90

To create good habits from the start, helmets are strongly advised.
To enable your child to enjoy skiing and to help learning we request that parents do not stay within the vicinity during the lessons.
We provide all children registered at the Jardin des Enfants with a snack break.
Remember sunglasses, sun cream and a trip to the toilet before the lesson begins.

Children who are booked onto ESF lessons (3 stars and higher) will do a torchlight descent for you!
Your children will ski down with led torchlights for the first time, in front of the instructors descent.
The descent costs €10.
The ESF, in collaboration with the Tourist Office and the ski domain, organise torchlight descents on Wednesdays. Times in the events programme.
The ESF organise the Arrows on Thursday afternoons and the Chamois on Friday mornings during the school holidays.
